My IC Phone 8082 restoring system partition

I tried to upgrade the 8082 phone from R250.xx to R300.XX from the OXE it's connected to, by upgrading the OXE to R920.060, but the upgrade of the phone did not start automaticly after reboot, so I had to force it from the admin menu of the phone.
Afterwards the phone is just looping with black screen for some minutes and then showing a Upgrade screen for 30 secs with the text "restoring system partition / unknown version", see attached picture.
The phone is not seen on the network, and it is not accessable. No dhcp requests or other traffic is seen with the wireshark.
Are there any other ways to restore this phone?

I think you are stuck in a in-between state.
You will most likely to have this phone replaced.
There is nothing an admin can do to fix it.
