I was given Alcatel Lucent 7210 SAS-D that a previous user(s) messed up. When I'm booting it, it keeps looping in the console over and over. Here's the text it keeps looping: http://pastebin.com/raw.php?i=mtmYKZy6
Somehow he (or them) has managed to get two different versions to the switch and now it's confused which version it should boot.
So I'm wondering how I could fix it.
Thanks for helping,

Re: 7210 SAS-D endless boot loop
is that all?
where did you see "two versions"?
you'll probably end up opening the box and will have to put a proper boot.tim on it meant for the D series.
but you could post a longer log
the bootloader is v3 (you had to upgrade the bootstrapper) and now you have v4 image.
I think the latest is v7.

Re: 7210 SAS-D endless boot loop
Guess I described it wrong then. I asked again, and turns out, that the previous user had accidentally loaded the bootloader and software that is meant for the 7210 SAS-M.
