Attendant overflow to extension ?

Post by domino »

Hi!
I want to implement an overflow from a 4059 attendant console to an digital extension (4039).
The overflow should happen when there are too many waiting calls or eventually on time.

Does anybody know if that is possible ?

(I've tried lots of options in entities, attend group, call distribution list,..., nothing worked)

THANKS a lot

calls will never overflow to an extension from an attendant if you put them in the entity or att grp CDT.
There is a feature called attendant assist that you can configure on normal handsets that trips when the number of calls reach a certian point but not on no reply

Thank you for information.
Can you or someone else can please give me another tip, how to setup the feature "Attendant Assist" ?

I've checked the settings on the normal set but could not find anything. Also in the documentation
I was not able to find something helpfull for me.

Thanks

I think I've just found the way...configure the set as multi-line and then
a progr. key with function "Attendant Assistant".

But then error msg "This type of key does not exist for this type of set" appears.
So it seems not working with my 4029/4039 set.

Another question:
If I will get one 4035 set, is it than possible to overflow or forward calls from that to an 4029?
(4059 attendant -> 4035 attendant -> 4029/4039 set)

My problem is, that the solution should be as flexible as possible. And I cannot by 10 peaces of 4035.

Bump,

Hi,

I have 2 4068 attendants and whant to use another phone, 4068, to assist the attendant via the attendant assistant feature.
But I am also getting the error "This type of key does not exist for this type of set", does it only work on 4035 phones?

Regards
