Analog Trunk hang or Locked

Hi

Is any body know OXE common Hardware Analog Trunk ringing voltage? one of our customer complaining that often not receiving incoming calls, when check the trunk port is locked, need to reset the system other ways not receiving any incoming calls, need your help.

If analogue trunk - Out of services - problem not in ringing voltage.
Try to change (External services/trunk COS - for trunk COS used in trunks, usually 0 or 1) - Unavailable Time Betw.2 Seizes f.e. 20 or 25. You need to reset trunk boards.

ones again thank you for your advice.
very often customer reported that they haven't receive any incoming calls, i found that i can call outside calls without any difficulties, but could not receive any calls from outside. not received means that not ringing.

Check the status of the trunk with trkstat.
