7210 SAS M VPLS service ingress packet drops

Hello,

I have a VPLS service configured and it is showing that ingress sap traffic is being dropped.

Its hard to tell based on this info.
Depends on the qos configuration and traffic pattern ingressing the SAP.
If you are using criterias that classifies traffic into FC's, that are bound to a meter where you have configured a PIR value, packets that overflows the PIR value will be dropped, and displayed as SAP Ingress Drop Stats.

Try to increase the values in qos profile 1020 and see if its stopping drops in the ingress. I'm saying this because it's hard to troubleshoot this kind of issues since traffic pattern varies and hard to catch but based on the stats, it shouldn't effect too much the traffic you're passing.
