IP Touch 4068 set registering handset as headset

Hi,

i installed some ip touch 4068 sets with bluetooth alcatel handsets and 1 of them is registering the handset as a headset! Do you have any idea why? I tried other handsets with the same set but it always sees the handsets as headsets. It says '' IC Touch '' instead of ''IP Touch'' while registering.

Is there a way to give a factory reset to the IP Touch sets?

Have you checked the audio jack settings of the phone? menu - settings - my set - jack plug - headset/handsfree/loudspeaker
