I have the software installed collecting tickets from a OXO R 9.1
However this message appears in my console session in the server: "timed out: 8770 server could not verify license corresponding to the declaration node: too
much time has elapsed"
This messae appears in the lic server log file:
[12/08/2013 01:15:21 a.m.] 5048 LicServer: LicServer::countSubscriber dmALUSIPCount: 0
[12/08/2013 01:15:21 a.m.] 5048 LicServer: Error: LicenseFile::checkAlarm : unknwon lock status 15, unable to send alarm
I need to know if this error is caused by folder permission (or another thing in the server) or simply licensing error caused by ACTIS.
The CPU ID of the OXO and the file provided by actis to activate the 8770 is the same. (file.sw8770 etc)

I have the same trouble with the same version of 8770.
I have checked license of 8770 vs OXO license, but Serial Number and "8770 Handle" are the same.
Any one known if version has any bug or something

We have the seam issue. We have an Alcatel Lucent OmniPcx Office (OXO) with release 910.021 and omnivista 8770 version 1.3.07.00.C. It's seems like the CPU ID of OXO doesn't match, but we have analized and there is a match between the CPUID and the license of the 8770. Is not a problem with the configuration or installation becouse after the first installation the product worked fine during 30 days.
Anyone has discorvered a solution ?

Problem is solved in version 1.3.08.00.c patch H. Just download setup files from Alcatel site Omnivista section. Patch is included. It is not if you install OTBE version of Omnivista.
