what am I doing ?

Delete MAC-Address in mgr or 4760 and delete parameters configured in phone-menu.

LOL, I have no documentation and our paid support takes days to get back to us, so I was trying to figure it out on my own.

So get better support (but usually what you pay is what you get).

mgr-->users-->go down..-->tsc ip user -->fill dir number --> ctrl-v
