Fax reception delay

Hello,

I have an issue with my OFS. Sometimes customers send me faxes and they reach the OFS but It doesn´t deliver them to the user´s "fax-box" right away, It can takes hours to do it.

This is a random issue and It is solved by itself several hours later delivering the faxes in the OFS to their respective user´s "fax-boxes".

What can i do about?
