AOS-W Alcatel 4308

hi all,
could you please help me to manage AOS-W Alcatel 4308 (VLANs,Controller DHCP Server for AP-105),as per as the cenario attached.
I tried many different configuration (follows AOS-W_5_0_1_UG doc.) but the AP-105 does not locate the controller,and if Ap locates the controller (other configuration),AP did not get IP@ from controller Vlan DHCP server.

has the controller an ip in vlan 9? is vlan 9 tagged at ports between oaw and os? is dhcp activated? if you use an pc in vlan 9 did the pc get an ip? what release in the oaw? was the AP installed bevore (maybe there is an static config at the AP)?

at oaw you can use for troubleshooting dhcp:
# show ip dhcp database
# show ip dhcp statistic
# shaw ip dhcp binding
