Hi,
We have setup our callcenter on GCE 1.11 Platform, External calls to GCE service number 8040 is working well as managed through an RSI Configuration in OXE. Weve also managed to configure a local hybrid link to enable us make calls on the local RSI number/service number as shown below.
Hybrid link 2000 (GCE) to node 1 (PERMANENT)
--------------------------------------------
ch_canalb = TRUE deborde_it = TRUE mode_reseau = FALSE
List of accesses
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
| | Main signalling support | Stby signalling support | Nb |
| Nb | GPA State Position Support | GPA State Support | trk |
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
| 1 | ON UP (19, 0, 0) B Channel | | 0 |
| 15 | ON UP (19, 0, 1) B Channel | | 0 |
+----+---------------------------------+-------------------------+-----+
My Problem is that I cant make a call to the local RSI 8040.I get network links out of service. I dont know whether this is attributed to coupler 0 of the virtual crystal 19 which shows REG NOT INIT
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
| Cr | cpl| cpl type | hw type | cpl state | coupler ID |
|----|----|------------|-----------|--------------|-----------------|
| 19 | 0 | FICTIF| | REG NOT INIT | NO PCMS CODE |
| 19 | 1 | INTIP3A| | IN SERVICE | NO PCMS CODE |
| 19 | 2 | INTIP3A| | OUT OF SERV | NO PCMS CODE |
| 19 | 3 | Z_FICTIF| | IN SERVICE | NO PCMS CODE |
+-------------------------------------------------------------------+
Please can anyone advise what could be the problem?
With warm regards
Moses

So I guess that if you do an external call to the RSI it does work, right?
Post your hyblink configuration and the accesses too

What about network licenses in OXE (19 - Corporate network, 80 - ABC VPN)? Not sure - hybrid link will works or not without network licenses.

Without. Only paramao option.vad wrote:What about network licenses in OXE (19 - Corporate network, 80 - ABC VPN)? Not sure - hybrid link will works or not without network licenses.
Was this configured in Actis (local calls for CCD ticked in Actis) or this was enabled via cfgUpdate? Maybe a memory allocation problem?

Other option is that he has no strategy loaded. Let's see what he answers... if answer
