Hi,
I got problem requestSingleStepTransfer from Call Progressive Detection,
The scenario is :
1.) CPD Make call to number 'xxxxxxxxxxx'
2.) Customer pick up the call and say "hello"
3.) from T-Server & CPD Log show "Request rejected: error code 1163(CSTA error: stateErrors : noActiveCall)" and Dropped the immediately.
4.) OCS stamp call result as "Dropped"
We are using Outbound Progressive Mode. I got error since, Alcatel Vendor upgrade path from 9.1 i160522 to 10.1.1 j2 60320 I.
Genesys Version
T-Server 8.1.003.04
CPD Server 7.6.101.16
9177 is CPD Port
9017 is RSI for Routing Strategy Control.

On CSTA parameters on PBX side do you have:
Tone Detection For Make- Call : No
VAD on ISDN connection : Yes ?
You must configure timers on PBX side.
One of the relevant timers is 268 --> is used to abandon a call after a specified time when no answer has been detected by the VAD function
Timer 42 should be set to 2 in order the transfer to work well (there is also a TC regarding this (I don't remember the number) --> this is the transfer timer
Also check the connection category and the telephone category (transfer outgoing-incoming/transfer outgoing-outgoing) of the Ghost-Z

Yes You correct, I pick up solution from Intel Dialogic Board for CPA propose. but anyway I have to station number from the ALU for represent the Extension when I am create CPD Port on Genesys. It was work before Vendor updated the latest patched (R10.1.1). Any sugguest ?
