What command do I use to clear alarms on switch?

If you are referring to facility alarms rather than log events then for a 7750 you can do "configure system alarms shutdown" then "configure system alarms no shutdown" to clear them but I think that functionality doesn't yet exist on the 7210.

You can clear a log buffer with the "clear log <log-id>" command.
