Problem in registering 500 dect with enterprise

Hi,

I am trying to register a dect 500 to an enterprise rel 9.1. on an ibs dect system.

I am using the normal procedure with dectinston for registration.

Extension is programmed as Gap Handset.

It is registering but it is not ringing back when registered. Once registered I can make a call from the dect 500 to another set but I cannot call the dect 500 set.

Is there any particular thing to be done which is different from the the registration of other dect sets?

I tried registering other dect handsets with the same system and all worked fine.
I also registered the 500dect to an oxo and it worked fine.

Did you tried with GAP+ ?

I tried with gap+ also but still didn't work.

but on the notes it is said to be a normal gap handset not a gap+ anyways

but in the comtech TC0274 -compatibilities DECT- you can read after traduction
the mobile "Alcatel-Lucent 500 DECT Handset" is compatible uniquement en mode GAP (not GAP + or AGAP) à partir des versions suivantes :
• ≥ J1.410.34.c : R10.0
• ≥ I1.605.28 : R9.1
• ≥ H1.301.50.c : R9.0
