Hi vad,
I have tried with all the values of NPD for external forwarding, I have even created a new one, and I always get the same result. That's the reason I think is a bug in the software.
To discard problems with trunk configuration, I tried with others, with the same result.
Thanks.

I say about "-1" - "minus one", not about really existing NPD.

Hi Vad,
Sorry for not being clear, yes, I have tried with -1 also. I learned about NPD for redirect in this forum and tried all the trick mentioned

Are you sure that it's a problem?
The question is :
Who is calling?--> A set.
Who is redirecting the call? --> B set
So in QSIG OXE will send a setup message with:
- Calling number = A set
- Called number = C set
- IE facility = invoke divertingLegInformation2= number of set B, that is, redirecting number.

So, in QSIG it's possible to send the three numbers and the redirecting number goes in DivLeg2. Note that A number could be used to use Path Replacement in the case that A and C belongs to Cisco (it is not your case, but should be used in a cisco-->OXE -->cisco call).

If OXE recieves a diverted call (Cisco --> Cisco --> OXE or OXE --> Cisco --> OXE), it's possible to show both numbers: calling and redirecting (system>other par.>external sig.parameters>redirecting number and source number). You should try to look for the same in Cisco PBX.
Check if QSIG is properly configured in both sides.

Hi.

I need to recover this thread. I've got such a config: Cisco CUCM (A)<--QSIG-QF T2-->OXE r9.1(B)<--ISDN T2->>OXE r9.0(C). When on B PBX I set forward to number in CUCM, on destination set I can see source number (external, internal or transited from PBX C). But when I need to make transfer that call (with or without consultation), on destination set I can see number from PBX B, which make an transfer (it doesn't matter if transfer call is internal, external or transited from PBX C). The same situation is when the destination PBX is C (so I suppose the trunk type is not a problem). I've tried to managed Redirecting number used and NPD for external forward in External Signalling Parameters and Call diversion in ISDN on trunk from PBX B to CUCM but without any success. So my question is if redirect original number is possible at all and if so, what could be more done, to make it possible to work.

Thanks

Hi !

Thanks for your reply, the setup is as follows:

1) Extension 012345 1000 is imm fwd to cellullar/mobile 00756123456 (Mobile)
2) A Caller from 0567567891 is Calling extension 1000
3) On Mobile the user sees 0123451000 i want to see the Caller eg: 0567567891

On trace we see that when a Q931/SETUP is done the pbx uses the Extension no, not the incoming no, as caller.

Thanks for your time

As you can read in earlier post, this can be done if your operator support this. As in many other countries, in Poland it is not possible. No one support this feature (sometimes called CLIP with no screening). So first of all you have to check if in your country this can be set and if your telco operator support it.

You can use also partial rerouting supported by OXE from R7. Also operator must support this.
