Failed to upload data of the voice message

Hello,
I having trouble when try to upload a new VG (or change the actually used) by phone set.
This procedure is the identicall I used before to upload.

When we try to record by a set this is the steps:

1) Dial the record prefix and dial the number of the VG
2) Finish the record and check the audio by listening the message recorded
3) The system request the file name, we input the file name ( ie : cor703) and APPLY
4) The system remains with label “ Patience: CREATION..” and about 3 min the set display warning for a failure uploading

We try with new VG and with voice VG in service now on OXE

Hi, R10.1 patch 16b? if so 16d is the fix or 19a is now out.

for me dynamic voice guides are working in r10.1 patch 16b (crystal hw with gpa2 board) and r10.1 patch 19a (common hardware with gd3 board)
