Call disconnect before reach 40 sec - Full IP Hybrid Link

Hi,

There are 2 nodes. Both nodes are connected using Full IP Hybrid Link via MPLS.

User A at Node 1 make a call to User B at Node 2. Before the communication reach 40 seconds, the call will drop.

Any idea?

40 Seconds...
i had a similar 40 seconds problem some time ago...
in my case there was a cisco asa. the asa has protokoll inspections. these inspections have priority over the firewall configuration. the inspection wich is making trouble is the h323 inspection (it blocks the h323 roundtrip delay request in the communication of the two gd's).
so if you have a cisco asa too... then you have to disable this h323 inspection.
