Analog FCT - 30 seconds for call

Post by alexandros_z »

Dears
I have OXE R 9.1 and FCTs connected with APA board.
My problem is that each mobile call to FCTs needs 28 seconds to be established.
If i connect an analog set directly to FCT the time is only 11 seconds.
So i think that the PABX send the digits with a delay or something else is happened in the PABX configuration.

Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?
Thanks in advance for your support.

Check in external services trunk cos-->type of numbering-->should be mf q23. same setting should be on FCT (faster dialling than decadic).

Hi again,
do you know how to send the end of dial digit (#) to the FCT? So i can reduce the total time by 5 more seconds.
When i dial "#" the PBX keeps it for itself and doesn't transmit it to FCT. I tried also to dial "##" but same result.

Really appreciated

Do you use ARS seizure or trunk seizure?

No just use predefined number of digits for some direction or configure timers 18 and 136.

Thank you,
i didn't manage to send "#" to the FCT, but i configured the FCT "interdigit time out" timer to 1 sec.
I playd also with NPD but nothing. It should be configured by a way but i don't know how.
