block incoming from AA 4635

Hi...
My customer has a Voice Mail 4635 which is Automatic Attendant installed/program, and I got the Abbreviated to dial my mobile. The probem is I can not block when someone try to call from outside through Automatic Attendant and dial my abbreviated. I've try to block from Connection Category but it doesn' work...

Please inform me if there is any way to do this.

yes.. I don t remember by heart, but under the voicemail configuration, under outgoing dialing parameters or something like that ..
