MY IC 8082 call failure

I have a MY IC 8082 installed on an OXO Rel10.1_58. The phone works well for the first 45 minutes and then all calls fail there after. No changes are made to the set or the programming. Internal and external calls fail and it says please try later. Can anybody advise as i have no more ideas. I installed it at the office with the same OXO version and it works 100%.

I believe that you are referring to OXE (Rel10.1_58) once there is no R10 in OXO.

If it is OXE you should ask help in OXE forum.

On what concerns OXO (R8.1 or R8.2), I have never found the described issue of the My IC Phone 8082

Is not by any chance a problem with the customer LAN, VoIP Channels Licences, Number of VoIP-Subscribers Channels or damaged PowerCPU DSP?

Apologies, correction it is R8.1, I was discussing OXE, just before I entered this topic.
I will be checking the clients LAN , I am also thinking of a possible LOLA as it is a specific EDN that is giving the problem.
