TAPI controlled Master Conference or Meet-me Conference

I have set up a program to control a digital phone. All call features are set, except a group conference feature. I can use TAPI to send a prefix, but there is a step require the use of program key where TAPI seems can't control.
Does anyone have idea how to execute a Master Conference or Meet-me Conference, or any work around solution?

Post any trace taken on pbx side, to see if the prefix is 'being sent' by the terminal.
It's maybe the *46 wait 1 so - maybe the catch is to 'wait' some time?
