Can't do prefix for "Incoming Call Greeting Guide"

Hi evrybody,

I have a problem, when i create a prefix for an incoming call greeting guide, i can't do this prefix for see if it's work.

Nevertheless, i say the incoming call greeting guide works because when i call my number from external, i have my guide.

You are right. Prefix works only for external incoming calls. That is the only way to test your greeting guide

What is your problem?

Example:
create prefix 4000 - Incoming Call Greeting Guide, info 1.
System/Incoming call greeting guide - create Guide 1, VG number=71, timer=100, overflow number 3000.
DID translator rule - externel number 2104000, internal number 4000.

For such example - where problem?
When you call from outside and dial 2104000 - you not hear VG 71, not overflow after 10 sec to 3000 or something else?

From outside, i have not problem.

But if i do the prefix 4000, it's don't work and i want working this.
