GSM gateway connectivity with Call Center exchange

Hi,

I want to deploy OmniPCX Call Center solutions at one customer end. Now problem is that they are using GSM gateway and when call drops in ACD, OXO does not show any CLI. According to my knowledge OXO supports only DTMF signals. Kindly suggest me any GSM gateway model which can be compatible with OXO unit or let me know if I am doing something wrong in configuration.

Please keep order in the forum, your question is nothing related to the Forum Call Center Softpanel. You should have post on "OXO" topics or at "OXO beginners". Posting here will help you nothing as probably OXO guys don't browse around here.

Wrong! It just accepts FSK signals. Just enable it on trunk lines.
