system voice guide cann't upload

Hi~

I installed the OXE R10.0 and I had uploaded the System voice guide 5.3.

so I checked the Normal.

but System voice guide did not listen.

I did upload system voice guide again.

but vgstat did not indicated.

incvisu did not strange log.

I tring to below :

1. remove system voice guide ( DHS3ext/vg/flash/std )

2. rstcpl 2 1 (GPA2 board reset)

explain your management:
- you have flashz2vg files in /usr7/vg/flsah/std folder
- for GPA2 board - shelf/board/ GPA DSP programm created something with VG
- in GPA2 board parameters - declared VG index

And nothing in vgstat? or absent incident about VG file download?

Check your management (step by step). F.e. my management:
users - language=1
system - for user language 1, VG language=1
system/ flash VG config - flash VG index1=Russian
VG file - /usr7/vg/flash/std/flashz2vg.RU0
shelf/board(GPA2)/GPA DSP program=VG+...
shelf/board(GPA2) - flash VG index=1

According to your .txt file the batteries on the GPA2 is OUT OF SERVICE.

Maybe check up on that?
