I have a log with this error and I do not know what that means.

this could be an issue with sfp?? Try the last software release (6.4.3.835R01) for OS9000. As with other similar issues you need to open a service request by ALU technical support through your business partner in order to detailed analyze the problems.

Check your hardware!
In my network I had the same message on 9800E with AOS 6.4.5.516.R02 .
It was a problem with a power supply in ip-shelf.
