DHCP SERVER SETTINGS

Tying to allocate the DHCP server on the voip paramaters of the OXO but the box is greyed out.
Normally i would allocate an ip range in there and the ip phones would obtain a ip address from the range.

Release 4.1 any ideas?

May be you have Inernet Services in OXO? In that case you need to configure DHCP through WBM. Or may be you have downloaded software to OXO with Internet Services activated by accident through LoLa or PM5. In that case you need to reload software with deactivated Inernet Services in OXO.

Found out the customer was using a cpu e-1 therefore the DHCP was switched on via the internet services.
Telephone registered but cuts out when trying to ring internally then resets ? Phone plugged directly into LANX board.

May be you do not have declared compressors for IP phones in VoIP Parameters? Not for trunks, but for IP Phones.

I have programmed 2 voip subscribers in voip paramaters. The ip phone stays "alive" with mail light flashing and screen when idle. But soon as i go to dial internally or press the mail key it instantly resets, then comes back up after booting up ?
