Inter node call from the attendant set doesn't work

I have a union (ISDN all countries through 4xT0) between OXE (Cristal R6.1.1) and a Panasonic. Everything works fine excepting calls from the attendant set, calls from the rest of the sets are ok. Besides the OXE is connected to another machine and with it works well.

I've the individual attendant prefix created (3199) which is in the same range that the rest of internal numbering plan. And I think the categories are ok, because I can dial all the number. So I've done a trace and I see that the OXE sent a disconect to the Panasocic (message sent : DISCONNECT [45]), and I don't understant why, its possible due to a timer? (It'll be strange because with the other machine works well... so any ideas?)
