OTUC with IPhone 3GS

I'm installing the ICS 8600 on IPhone 3GS. In documentation, is necessary download the package proxy-1.1.3-1.i386.zip for configuration the ICS_WebProxy. I don't find the package. Can you help me?

Which version of ICS are you running ?

In the newer versions (103 and 104) the webproxy rpm is located in \6.1.000.103.c_ics_ngvm_api\Servers\Complements\gw_iPhone

You can also fond it on the BPWS under omnimobility.

In client application, when trying to realize a call, show this: "ERROR_INCOMPATIBLE_WITH_STATE Operation cannot be completed", but, the missed calls appear at mobile client. I'm following the configuration procedures in the ICS_6.x manual. Can you help me?
