Call Drops when calling from OXO extension to OXE IP phones

Hello Guys,

I got an OXE R.9.1 and have about 30 OXos which comunicate with the OXE using IP Trunks (H323).

On this OXE i got 260 extensions between digital and analog phones, apart also have 10 ip phones.

The issue i am facing now , is that when i call from any oxo extension to any of this 10 ip phones registered on the oxe, the call drops, i mean, when the ip phone receives the a call from any oxo extension, i answer, the call drops inmediately and in it displays "congestion". Instead if i call from this ip phone to any oxo extension it works perfectly.
Also the calls made inside the oxe , between digital ,analog or ip it works with no problem.

The issue is when there is an incoming call from oxo to ip phone registered in oxe.

Thanks for the info, i am using domain 0, in extra and intra domain i have configured in codecs " without comprresion", what i have noticed is that after executing
ippstat d 1124
ippstat d 1610

the voice coding used in IntraDom ins G711 and in ExtraDom is G711. While the OXOs in remote site through the IP Trunk (H323) i am using G729.

Is it possible to configure the ExtraDom to G729.? I am looking to see where to change it , but it seems it is a global configuration.

Maybe this is the solution...

go system-->go down -->other system parameters-->compression parameters--type of compresion you use(G723 ,G729)
then go ip-->ip phones parameters and check what is the default configuration (with or with out compression)
then go to ip domains and give the extra domain with compresion or default if parameter in ip phones parameters is with compresion.

check also the ars table what compresion you give.

Thanks for the reply. I've check all the parameters you've mentioned and they are configured correctly, just to be sure, If i am using G729 for communication with the OXOs, the ip phones parameters should be use with or without compression? i've tried the 3 ways and it continues dropping the calls. (with compression, without compression, default).
