DISA fail to make outgoing call

Hi all,

can some body help me, why my DISA does not work properly. example: when user A call to DISA line and then dial prefix ( substitution ) + virtual number + outgoing prefix + external number, automatic disconnected. and incident number I found error this: 26/05/11 11:05:40 000001M|---/--/-/---|=2:0721=DISA with qmcdu 8030, secureIDproxy does not reply.

trunk connection using E1 ISDN.and we don`t use proxy or ACE server for my system.

if I tried from internal line using prefix substitution + Dir numb. + password + external number. it work properly.

dial prefix ( substitution ) + virtual number + outgoing prefix + external number or
dial prefix ( substitution ) + virtual number + password (at this moment we hear "dial tone") + outgoing prefix + external number?

i used this rule : dial prefix ( substitution ) + virtual number + outgoing prefix + external number

For substitution - you need to dial substitution_prefix+substituted_user_number+password (default 0000). If substituted user not protected against substituion (phone feature COS, rights no substitution=0) - you will hear "dial tone" and after this can dial numbers (prefixes, internal user, SD).

substitution_prefix+substituted_user_number+password (default 0000)+ internal or external number.
But I still cant`t make out going call by DISA and the error still the same, the parameter already change.
No Substitustion : 0;
