ABC-F over IP and public trunk breakout

we have 14 node enterprises R9 with INT-IP card meshed by pra card , we need to connect them to o 15th pabx a Media getway (CS GD card) to share public trunk for breakout to PSTn , so we have only an ip lan like bearer to link this MG .

please any help or doc .

we tried to establish but we get , saturated S on logical hybrid link , but X25 it is marked 1 .
