Alcatel PBX - Asterisk SIP Trunk / What is important to know

Hey guys,
I'm going to connect a Alcatel PBX and a Asterisk PBX via SIP trunk.
Tomorrow I'll have a meeting with the consultant which is servicing our alcatel pbx.
The service company is not really amused about my idea, because they want us to use alcatel stuff only.
Could you give me some information about what I do have to ask for, if I want them to configure the SIP trunk on the alcatel site?
Which information do I need for configuring the asterisk site? IP,Username,Password...
What type of licenses are avaible for SIP trunks?
Is there anything else I have to point out?
