IP trunk between A4400 and Cisco Call Manager

Post by evyk »

We face a problem with the IP connection of an Alcatel 4400 R.6.0.1 and a Cisco CallManager v.7.1.5.
Calls from the CallManager are answered by the 4400. However, when calls from the A4400 are answered by the Call Manager, the INT-IP card crashes.
T3 traces are shown for both cases.
The current configuration is with a direct IP trunk to the CallManager, i.e. the INT-IP is used as gateway to the IP network, and the CallManager subscribers are declared in Abbreviated Numbering.
We have also tried to use an external gatekeeper, but the behavior of the INT-IP card is the same.
Thank you in advance.

hi

try to isolate the ip bridge with the rest of the network and check the behavior.
RTP is enabled?

Hi,

Direct RTP is set to False as well as Direct RTP for H323 terminals.
I'm not quire sure what you mean by "isolate the ip bridge with the rest of the network". Any suggestions on how to do that :)

Thanks in advance
