GPA2 board error 2441

Dear All

I was mastercopy to standby server from active server.

after work done, I check the status all.

but GPA2 board is strange at active server.

incvisu log is indicated below.

this syntax in betteries word. I changed the betteries on the GPA2 board.

but error is indicated.

Is this right? Do I change the board ?

No, just don't read incident description, as it was written just to point in right direction, but not to be taken as the only remedy for some problems.
Just do rstcp this board, if it does not help, do this: unplug it, wait some time like 20-30 s, then plug in back into ACT shelf, and it will start.
Same problem goes for years now... ALU does not resolve it.
That is why you should have some spare board, or some VG + Flash from old pabx just to have some backup...

Hello, i have a problem. Please help!!! I have a GPA 2 board that has 2 green batteries. But now they seem to have a failure. When i type vgstat for the board i get the message that the board is stable but the "batteries for backup of voice guides are OUT OF SERVICE. They must be replaced" How can i buy them. Can i find them in the market. Does anyone knows how can i ask them?

this problem is resolve not yet.

but service is normal. no problem I think. actually my site is no problem.

ALU is not said about this.

The type of the battery, voltage and current is written on the battery.
Just plug out the board, read out these values and go to the nearest shop, buy the closest analog and use it happily ever after.

it says in the grren battery ref. 791516 and 1AB151800002. What should i look for, in the battery stores. Sorry for being late to answer byt a lot of terrible stuff is happening to Greece the last two years.

Strange. I think original battery is under Alcatel's cover (as battery is not working you can try to remove this cover) but, anyway, just look for any 3,3V rechargeable battery.
