Not able to login to tech document URL.

Hi Frank ,

As per your suggestion i tried logging in thru my normal ID & Password.It says authentication failure.Is there any other way to login or any previleges to be obtained.Please help.

Im trying to get the unix loading document for Alcatel 4400 and also want to browse thru the document section.Im trying thru the URL u have given in the document section.

The file repository is kinda chaotic right now.
We are working on a great solution. I know we have been saying that for month, but there is only 2 of us developing the web site.. Sorry for the inconvenience.
