suggest me UC-3rd party software

Hi all,

one of our client need a Unified communication system, we are looking for a 3rd party unified communication system which can work with alcatel OXE,

i was looking for all over, can somebody suggest me the company who is doing UC application like IM,voice,video&conference all in one...

Sorry I can't help you, because I don't know any free UC suite.
But I think that you will get the best level of service by using the proprietary UC services from AL. And depending the features you need, some of the AL aplications (Teamwork, 8440 external voice mail and 8450 fax sw) works over standard open under SIP.

Teamwork. Although it is ALU soft, is from eDial. It is SIP based soft. Regards.

Why look at 3rd party software?
Do you have a problem with the ALU ICS solution? Teamwork supports all of your requests: IM, voice- and video conference. All in one server (depending on the video conference part... peer-to-peer=ok, multi-party=> Radvision MCU).

The customer can also have a look at Microsoft OCS.
But then you need a bus-load of servers......

Mr.Rubiro :- i never mentioned or asked the FREE UC....

My problem is i cant get Alcatel UC, because of embargo issues, thats s the reason am looking for 3rd party UC..
