So You have Main area with a main Crystal shelf hosting the Call Server on a CPU board, please correct if wrong. In this case the inter ACT link is established between the CPU and the INT-IPB board. The INT-IPA board provides resource for VOIP communication.
On which slot, of the ACT MG, has the INTIPB board been configured?

The call server is on a Bics server, the act link is established with the INT-IPB. The INTIPB is configured in the slot 20 of the ACT MG.
