cannot download the msk file form cs

hello ,guys.
I have the problem:the voice guides file *(file name).msk cannot download form the cs to the gd.I often use the *(file name).msk in the rack or crystal，i`m sure the *.msk is no problem.
my rack release is R8.0-g1.302-11-a-cn-c80s1,the incvisu information is:
27/07/10 16:43:55 000001M|---/--/-/---|=4:2500=Dow: file /DHS3ext/vgadpcm/flash/custom/chinarack.msk opening error.
27/07/10 16:43:59 000001M|---/--/-/---|=4:2500=Dow: file /DHS3ext/vgadpcm/flash/std/adpcmmoh opening error.
please help me!!

I have two suggestions assuming that file attributes or file format maybe wrong.

1. You should use VG Transfer Tool to upload the VG files to CS (not ftp directly).
It will take care about right path on disk and attributes associated.
Check the linux file attributes (in my case they are set like below)
-rw-r--r-- 1 mtcl tel 298742 Feb 14 2006 guideADPCM.msk

2. .msk files should be prepared using AAS (Alcatel Audio Station) choosing correct system type
= ADPCM static messages (for preparing one .msk file containing n messages on GD and GA board.
