call diversion doesn't work to external numbers, transfer works ok

Ask telco the ISDN configuration that they are expecting for you. Probably they are cutting off your calls cause you are'nt sending the correct number or number type.

You can test unchecking on Subscriber/Basestation/Extension/Feature/UUS Allowed on the stations that divert.

This is working on our 3 OXO. I can transfer external call using Digital and IP Phone. In Immediate , I used Digital and IP Phone to set up divert call immediate not on the oxo itself... It really works...

The problem was with telco. PBX is configured ok. For some reason they are sending disconnect message when we try to divert a call.
