problem!repeatin a digit while dialing

hi
i vave seen same probleme with a client pbx oxe R8
in redial list you can see the same number two times (ontime the whole number and in the second only a part of the dialled number apears ) for exmple
in redioal list
you see

the line was isdn

it is depends on one of the tones on system but I forget it.
