AA problem

hello everybody!
I have set up an AA, which consists of 10 items from 0 to 9 with different options.

I have the following porblem with the AA, in the middle of the reproduction is cut the lead vocal, and without pressing any of the options in AA, I transferred to the extension that is linked with the number one choice.

I could not find the possible cause of this problem.
If someone could help me with this, of course thank you very much!!

It's possible that in that moment the message of the AA is emulating the dtmf tone 1. Try to record the message again.

Hi elkiwi,

Fortunately my client needed to make a change order with the options of AA, I passed the new recording at the time of the change of format for OXO, also change the volume of the new recording. Because the former sounded overly strong AA.

Until today, I have not received any claim of AA.

solved with the change of AA and recorded with less volume .. Thanks for the help
