How to record a DISA message in OmniPCX Enterprise R5.1.2

I would like to know how to record a DISA message and also how do we configure the system so that all the calls coming on the ISDN T2 hear the DISA message.I request someone to help me out with a step by step procedure.

DISA IS PROBLEM

I have configured DISA working fine, but every I call by disa it have a long time release (40 minute).If you know parameter so as reduce long time release please help me.

For what reason you place you question many times?
If you say about external communication (call DISA and dial speed dial number or external number after substitution) - you can manage timer 85 (This timer limits the conversation time between the DISA user and an external correspondent (for an outgoing seizure). It may be reset by dialling any number during the tone which lasts 10 seconds before expiring). Default 2 min (1200).
