Hi guys!

I configured an Automated Attendant:

1- Sales
2- Technical Support
3- Emergency
4- more..
5- more..
6- more..

Default: Attendant

I need to add a free dialing opction on the AAMenu to call internal suscribers.

How can I have free dialing in any moment of the AA menu message?
or other ways for free dialing.

please tell me which of the voice mail do you have?4645 or 4635 I did both of them but it is necessary to mention which of hem you used?

aacctully you should chosse a key for dialing your extension for wxample:


press 2 for diling your extension

hey Napo, he will have neither as this is an OXO question.

Ramiro, I think you can only free dial during the greeting message or if an option in your AA is set to freedial and the caller presses that option.
I don't think there is any way to freedial during main message. I hope I can be wrong here as it would be very useful.

I have used that: Offer free dial from the greeting message (name of company + if you know the extension dial now), allow 3 or 4 seconds of silence or music, then provides the main menu with the options you mentioned. You must change system register to allow system dial on the greetings. I have used on 4 sites and is functional.

Hello i need some help, i want to configure in the main menu of AA, one option that allows the external caller check your mailbox by this option-

This user has a extension number in the system. Anybody know how can i do?

I think you should set for example number 2 for routing to other leaf and in other leaf choose menu on set and in the action part select voice mail,I don;t have experience about this part.

Ileana try to include VM hunting group in public numbering plan. Then make an external call and in greeting message dial VM hunting group. I think that works fine.
