SLI dynamic init parmeters

hi all
and I face this problem:
i have oxe common HW , and SLI board, i used fax machin and old analog set ATT, when i call these set it don't ring (the calling one can't hear his analog phone's ring , but can hang up the headset and anwser the call ) but for other anlog phone it work ok.
and this problem appears for same Analog Fax Machins;

i think i must update same parameters to change voltage that send to analog set !!!!?
so
can any one help me or give me document explain the dynamic Init Parameters of SLI board in OXE common HW?

Are the faxes HP? If so search the old forum or google for mercury ring detection parameter on HP service menu.
