Incidents on a GD

Hi All

Could someone please give me some pointer on how to caputer some incidents on a GD we have on thats is on a wan and goes via a few firwalls and routers but it reboots early in the morning and some times during the day tried to find them via tech docs but the ALU website is so slow

Go to /mnt/flash/info and capture the files.
These files are stored on the Flash memory and "reboot"-safe.
The other logs are just from the last reboot until now.

Going to sound really thick here but should i then force a reboot to see the the logs

admin
admin
su
/mnt/flash/info
is there any other commands i need to type in all get is /mnt/flash/info is a directory

Huh? Sure it's a directory. The directory with the logs. You don't need to reboot something.
But you should of course know some basic Linux commands to change directories and view logfile contents.
Are you sure that you are the right person to analyze this?
