4760 and DECT subscriber

Hi All, I have a question. Is it possible to notify a subscriber to the DECT OmniVista (4760)? My information is that it is only through the Manager.

any action is done by selecting tab action under a mao object
this type of action is
broadcat
resynchro of alarm to 47xx
force delete on user

i dont know if action exist on dect set user

He would like to register a DECT (dectinston) directly from OmniVista without using a shell command line.
This is not possible. (The OXO supports this only)
