Transfere external incoming calls

Hello

when I recived external incoming calls: the set rings for one short ring then the call convert to VM

when i recived the calls from direct line then i try to transfered to another set the call return me after 2 second then go to VM

i try to make that by using AA , Operator , Direct Line , CC

but the result was Same: the set rings for one short ring then the call convert to VM

please if any one knows how i can solve this problem tell me

Check - User - details - dynamic routing - may be you have incorrect timers value (12 sec by default).

If you have a destination in the Dynamic Routing but the use timer 1 box is not ticked the call will go immediately to the destination, another thing could be dynamic routing on the resource key.
