Unable to get PIMPhony Basic application setup

Hi friends,

I am provided with 2 units OmniPCX Office systems with 25 basic level PIMPhony licenses. The problem is that I am not provided with the Setup for that application. Can somebody guide me where to find one? upload it if someone have it, I shall be very thankful for this great act.

Hi Maaz,

software can be found on Alcatel-Lucent Business Partner web site
Left side menu:
--> Support
--> Technical Support IP telephony
--> SW Download.

Current version is PIMphony v6.3 build 2065.

Access to BPWS site allowed only for authorized person (with account and rights). I think the best solution - ask from alcatel partner (f.e. hwo sell this system)

Thanks for the response. I have the access but I am unable to see SW Download section, remaining are visible though... like PCS documents, Technical Support etc .... Can somebody upload it to some secure place from where I can download it, if possible? I shall be very thankful for this, as I have the licenses and I should have provided with setup but I was not...

Can I be explained about the level and right that can make me download the software, so that I may request my company to provide me access??

I don't believe that anybody here is going to upload software for you. You should contact Alcatel-Lucent or the party who sold the equipment to you to fix your access.

In that case, please specify the minimum level I should have to access the software....

If you have access to BPWS - in your company must be authorized person - responsible for user profile management.
In any case you can make request (from contact page) with question about access to SW section.
