AA Message First

hi All

please anyone help me

I have OXO PCX

I configured the Auto Attendant on it

when call Comes from Outside

the message of AA not Appaere immediately

that is because the call first go to the operator for three rings only then AA Appeare

but Customer request are the AA appeare directly without operator

if Anyone know how I can Solve that please tell me

Check Voice Processing --> General Parameters --> Off hook delay. Try to decrease that value.

Hi samehit

The best way is you create a virtual extension with immediate forward to voice mail hunting group and you put the external lines with this virtual extension as attendant through public number plain for digital trunks and through call-dist for analog lines.
we use this way and it works very well.
