Hi.

I testing the DN is not response at about 30 sec. and the DN is transfer virtual DN(4035T).

the virtual DN is transfer the cell phone.

therefore, PSTN -> DN -> virtual DN -> cell phone

the problem is DN-> DN is testing is ok.

but PSTN -> DN is not working

Why do u want to use Pstn>DN>Virtual DN> mobile number...

you could use Forward no answer facility Pstn >DN>mobile number..another thing why do u create virtual DN number as 4035T why don't u try with analog..

If ur using Analog( NDDI or APA ) PSTN line make sure in the Trunk group DTO joining is true
check ur connection cos 5- 5 is 1
Phone facility cat. joining incoming and Outgoing - true

am sure it will work..

Hi..

Connection cos 5 is the default connection cos for the analog trunks..in default oxe connection cos 5 is disabled i mean trunk to trunk patching...that's why i told you to check the connection cos..

incoming is the trunk line and forwarding to mobile is accessing another trunk line so it's trunk to trunk patching...this is how connection cos comes in the picture...
